Shipping and Returns
Products will be shipped to order. All shipping is standard, no express shipping is offered. We will have your item shipped as fast as possible once the order is received. Delays may occur depending on shipping method, distance, international, weekends, and so forth. To put it all into one sentence, "We will try and get your product to you as soon as we possibly can. Delays can happen, but we will try our best to avoid them."
All products may be returned withing 5 days of receiving them if there is a defect or we sent you the wrong size/product. Please email email@example.com regarding your order and the issue with it. If the customer does not contact customer service regarding a return after 5 days from delivery, no refunds will be given. Due note that if the wrong size or product is ordered by the customer they will need to pay the return shipping for the product swap. Basically, if something is wrong (incorrect size, manufacturing issue, wrong product) tell us ASAP so we may fix it.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.
